1. The staff were very friendly and they could speak excellent English and French. They also helped us and gave us quick access to our rooms . 2. The rooms were cleaned once a day, fresh towels left in the bathroom, and a quick light switch by the bed and outside the bathroom. When the cleaners came to clean the room, they smoothed the beds and replaced the towels. There was also nice air conditioning in each room, making the rooms cool in the summer heat. 3. The location was brilliant. There are 2 bus stops within a minutes walk, the Flixbus station was close by, and the Metro station was also close by, but you need a 11-minute bus ride to reach the hotel from Bercy/ Gare de Leyon Metro station. There were shops and cafes nearby. 4. They had lockers available in two sizes, small and large, each coming with their own price tag, small lockers being €4 and larger lockers being €7 for a full day of use. The lockers used a virtual 4 digit password, which you were to select. 5. They had brilliant WiFi and a TV with French programs only. Their WiFi was excellent, providing an excellent speed and little delay. The TV lacked, though, some of the programmes were closed, and all were without subtitles or dubbing . 6. They were quick to bring in taxis for a VERY CHEAP PRICE. The drivers helped us with directions and also speak a variety of languages fluently. Overall I would say our stay in the hotel was wonderful and the staff were brilliant. Would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay.

So much! The staff were brilliant, the rooms a simple charm to them and the rest of the hotel front reception and the bar etc is stunning! The breakfast is lovely and i found the location being PERFECT for an outskirts of paris overlooking the siene and some parisian skyline (i was lucky with room i got had such a beautiful view - ignoring the road but look past that lol). The bercy shopping centre with a supermarket on the upper floors and bakery on the first floor etc was PERFECT. And despite my Severely Sight Impaired Blind status.. i managed to walk into paris from this hotel and all along the siene up to the eiffe tower and back with google maps was such a nice adventure! Even better with a rented bike or scooter im sure! I will definately be staying again!

I loved the fact that the hotel next to the shopping mall Bercy2 where you can buy anything. Really close to centre, you basically need to take 24 bus end maybe change with another to reach fast and easy the attractions in the city. Reception is really helpful and loved that the checkout was at 12, gives you more time to rest and prepare yourself to leave. They also have a restaurant option and a vending machine. Also you can leave your luggage if you need more time to spend out to explore more and your flight or train leaves late.

I booked this hotel as needed something close to bus station at Quai de Bercy. It took me less than 10mins to get there by taxi and the area where hotel is located is pretty nice and quiet (at least was on Sunday evening). The hotel is nice, has vending and coffee machine in the lobby, a restaurant where breakfasts are served and you can also eat during other time of the day. The room was "budget" but had everything I needed - a comfortable bed, a desk and a bathroom with shower and amenities.

Warm welcome from helpful receptionists. Standard ibis budget formula. But well above average. Clean and quiet with very comfortable bed. I was lucky to have a wee peep of the Seine. Room comfortable temperature without the centrally controlled air conditioning the more expensive ibis upstairs has which they couldn’t turn off so my room there was like a cooler. Excellent location. Bus outside front door. 30 min to Pantheon. Large carrefour next door. Great value for money. Highly recommend.
